Design Exchange
I led the rebrand of Design Exchange’s new visual identity, including a new colour palette, typeface, website, and digital marketing materials. With over 25 years in the game, the new branding followed a modern, classic elegance theme I created by paying homage to the heritage elements and the brand’s evolving sustainable future.
A historic building located in the heart of Toronto’s Financial District, Design Exchange (DX) has served as a critical meeting point for commerce, design, technology, and innovation. Purpose-built as the original Toronto Stock Exchange (1937-1983), DX has housed Canada’s Design Museum (2012-2019), Expo for Design, Innovation & Technology (EDIT) Festival (2017), and Elevate Tech Festival (2017-current). In September 2019, DX was announced as Canada’s Headquarters for the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
